Product Description

The D20L25 Aluminum Flexible Coupling 10mm x 10mm is designed to provide a flexible and secure connection between motor shafts and mechanical transmission systems.

Because a plastic or rubber elastomer element is placed between the aluminum hubs, these couplings are also known as elastomer couplings. The elastomer element absorbs vibration and shock loads, ensuring smoother and more reliable power transmission.

With a 20 mm outer diameter and 25 mm length, this coupling is made from precision-machined aluminum, providing durability and long service life. The clamping design prevents shaft damage while allowing easy installation and removal.

Flexible couplings also help compensate for angular and axial misalignment, improving system efficiency and reducing mechanical stress.

However, elastomer couplings should not be used in environments exposed to high temperatures or UV radiation, as these conditions may reduce the lifespan of the elastomer material.
